As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and respectful manner. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Identify customer needs and provide relevant information to meet those needs
  • Notify management of complex or escalating issues and provide details and insight to resolve quickly and effectively
  • Comply with operational service level standards to ensure optimal performance
  • Participate in special projects as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role required
  • 1 year of residential leasing and/or property management experience preferred
