Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Maximus.   • Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
