About the Opportunity

Corner Alliance, a dynamic consulting firm dedicated to delivering exceptional results for the government, is seeking an experienced Strategic Infrastructure Manager to join our team.

This role involves overseeing a high-priority government initiative focused on enhancing national infrastructure security and resilience. As a Strategic Infrastructure Manager, you will lead and coordinate complex programs that require collaboration across various government and non-government stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Liaison and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact with contracting officers and key stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication to drive project success.
  • Program Management Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure efficient program execution.
  • Project Oversight: Provide strategic guidance, technical expertise, and oversight to project staff to guarantee that all project objectives are met with high quality.
  • Deliverables and Compliance: Oversee the preparation and submission of required deliverables, including status reports, financial reports, and other program documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines, policies, and standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder engagements by coordinating meetings, briefings, and other activities to support program goals.
  • Best Practices: Lead the implementation of best practices in program management to foster continuous improvement and high performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, preferably within a government or infrastructure-focused environment.
  • Experience providing strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise in program management.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders and high levels of visibility.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior government officials and other key stakeholders.
  • An active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) access.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing programs related to infrastructure security or national security.
  • Familiarity with federal regulations and compliance standards.
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Estimated Salary Range: $140,000 - $165,000 per year
