About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Marketing Project Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of pre and post-production projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and key milestones.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to align on project requirements, deliverables, and schedules. Facilitate clear communication between all stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while adhering to financial constraints.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Negotiate contracts, track performance, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of production workflows, excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, team player with willingness to support other departments.
