Your primary objective will be to manage customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information about our products and services. You will be the face of our company, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records and interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging or irate customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
