Job Summary:

As a Print Production Manager at SpeedPro, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality, large-format specialty printing products. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the printing and production of client orders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make graphics print-ready.
  • Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plotters.
  • Conduct inventory and procurement, ensuring materials are available for production.
  • Provide graphic design services, including vehicle graphics and templates.
  • Perform smaller graphic installations and unloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio.
  • Pack, label, and ship completed jobs, making deliveries as needed.
  • Utilize CoreBridge software for estimates/quotes.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in designing/working with vehicle graphics and templates.
  • Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in graphic design (or similar program).
