Position Summary: We are currently in search of a personable and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist. As the initial point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, the Receptionist is essential in fostering a warm and inviting environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reception Management: Oversee the reception area by welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Visitor Coordination: Greet guests, issue visitor badges, and promptly inform employees of their arrivals.
  • Administrative Assistance: Support various administrative functions, including sorting and distributing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and keeping track of office supplies.
  • Communication Facilitation: Act as a bridge between internal teams, clients, and external partners by relaying messages and ensuring effective communication.
  • Facility Oversight: Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and organized.
  • Event Coordination: Assist during company events by managing registrations, guiding attendees, and coordinating logistics as necessary.
Qualifications
