As a Medical Reception Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Donor Center, providing exceptional customer service to donors and patients, and supporting our team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-donation medical screenings to ensure donor safety and eligibility
  • Interact with donors and patients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assess donor suitability and engage in set-up procedures
  • Provide feedback to ineligible donor candidates
  • Ensure all donor screening information is complete and accurate
  • Maintain donor confidentiality and adhere to all relevant regulations and policies

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
