  • Assess and Monitor Patients: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions, identifying potential complications and developing strategies to prevent them.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer Medications and Treatments: Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Foster a Supportive Environment: Create a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families, providing emotional support and education to promote understanding and empowerment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in the state of Texas.
  • Experience: One year of acute care experience as a Registered Nurse required.
  • Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required, AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire, NIHSS required within 3 months of hire.
