Critical Care Nurse

Hendrick Health System is seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team in a Combined Critical Care unit. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Certification Requirements- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification is required.
- BLS/BCLS (Basic Life Support/Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification is also required.
- Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience is required.
- Strong cardiac medication knowledge is essential.
- Experience with Phillips Bedside Cardiac Monitors, Datascope IABP, hemodynamic monitoring, oximetric PA catheters, PA, CO, CVP, Art line monitoring, ventriculostomy drains, ICP monitoring, cardiogenic shock, S/P cardiac surgery, ischemic stroke, S/P thrombolytics, trauma, head trauma, sepsis, septic shock, respiratory failure, ventilators, therapeutic hypothermia, and vasoactive drips is required.
- Proficiency in Allscripts or similar EMR system is necessary.
- This is a travel nurse position, and you will be working in a Combined Critical Care unit.
- The unit is equipped with the latest technology and equipment to provide high-quality patient care.
