Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to critically ill patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, formulate, and establish goals for patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • At least one year of RN experience in a critical care setting
