Job Summary

The Media Supervisor will report to the Media Director and primarily focus on local traditional and digital efforts for dealers in the western region. This role involves regional travel and presenting to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help lead local media planning and emerging media development for the Area.
  • Utilize research applications, including Nielsen, ComScore, and MRI/Simmons.
  • Develop creative media opportunities to enhance the overall media plan.
  • Present to clients and manage relationships with dealers.
Day-to-Day
  • Supervise and support planning team in developing strategic media recommendations.
  • Communicate with Media Director on issues and project deadlines.
  • Generate and maintain information flow between teams.
  • Develop and train Media Planners and Assistant Media Planners.
  • Ensure accurate financial accountability and maintenance on media plans.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of agency or media-related experience.
  • Cross-discipline experience in broadcast, streaming video, digital, print, and OOH.
  • Working knowledge of OX/Media Ocean, Prisma, Guidelines, CMR, IMS, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Skills and Abilities
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Aptitude for accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and work with various field contacts.

Compensation

$70,000 - $117,500 annually, plus benefits and paid time off.
