Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our team at UNC REX Healthcare. As a member of our 7 East Acute Care Bariatric Surgery unit, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients with complex surgical needs, including bariatric surgery.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes patient-centered care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
  • One year of nursing experience, preferably in a surgical or bariatric setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
