Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for both clients and employees while performing general security duties.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients.
- Promote safety by being vigilant and proactive in identifying, correcting, and reporting hazards.
- Comply with DSI and client-specific requirements and post instructions.
- Engage in training sessions to familiarize yourself with safety protocols and DSI's safety manual.
- Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.

Minimum Qualifications
This role requires a strong customer service orientation and proficiency in basic to intermediate computer skills, along with effective written and verbal communication abilities. You will engage with a diverse range of individuals, including clients, visitors, and the general public. Physical requirements include the ability to conduct routine foot patrols, perform moderate lifting, and work in various weather conditions.

Pre-employment Criteria
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license and a SLED license are mandatory. Reliable transportation and communication means are essential. Previous supervisory experience is required, and candidates must successfully pass all necessary background and drug screenings.

Compensation
Hourly wage: $16.00
