Job Summary

QTC Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Admin to support our construction team on a part-time basis. This position will play a critical role in assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operation and organization of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and filing.
  • Update and create excel trackers in table format.
  • Send various email reminders and requests.
  • Follow up on incomplete tasks.
  • Report deficiencies to supervisors.
  • Provide administrative support to the construction team.
  • Assist with the preparation of project documents, reports, and contracts.
  • Track and manage project timelines.
  • Help organize and maintain records related to permits, project plans, and inspections.
  • Coordinate meetings and take minutes.
  • Assist with safety compliance documentation.
Requirements
  • Ability to attend work regularly and punctually.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work part-time Monday through Friday.
Qualifications
  • Computer and email proficiency.
