Description:

We are seeking a Manager, Price Strategy to join our Growth and Strategy organization. This role will define, develop, and oversee alternative fee arrangement programs aimed at transitioning the firm away from time and material pricing towards value-based strategies.

The successful candidate will manage the creation and implementation of pricing value-based and offer configuration programs, including content creation, value benefit analytics, and conversion efforts. They will lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment and team leadership to ensure the successful execution of pricing strategies.

This role requires a minimum of five years of recent experience in a pricing role or related field. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a proven track record in coaching and mentoring others to succeed.
