Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior representatives of current and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our marketing and business development teams to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Project Management: Oversee the delivery of architectural services, ensuring projects are completed on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth within the company.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of our company's strategic plan, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture required, Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in the architectural profession, with no less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Certifications: Must be a Registered Architect.
