Job Title: Automotive Parts Coordinator

Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $70,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Coordinator. In this role, you will support our Service Technicians and ASM's by ensuring seamless communication and efficient part selection at the shop counter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Part Procurement and Coordination: Assist Service Technicians and ASM's in identifying required parts and facilitating their procurement.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely availability of parts.
  • Billing and Order Processing: Efficiently process billing and ordering tasks to meet operational needs.
  • EPC Navigation: Proficiently navigate the Electronic Parts Catalog to locate and select parts accurately.
  • Collaboration with Colleagues: Work effectively with Service Technicians, ASM's, and other colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Develop strong relationships with colleagues and customers through effective communication.
  • Previous Dealership Experience: Previous experience in a dealership parts environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Retail Software: Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar retail software systems is beneficial but not essential.
