As a Marketing Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of innovative marketing strategies for some of the nation's largest corporations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for events, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure. You will be responsible for managing setup, visual merchandising, and inventory control, as well as tracking event sales to ensure accurate reporting.

Our comprehensive training program provides exposure to marketing, advertising, public relations, and management. We emphasize personal and professional growth through direct collaboration with senior management, offering entry-level candidates the opportunity to work with diverse clients and gain experience quickly.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, along with performance-based bonuses, incentives for top performers, and comprehensive training and support. Job Description

This role is an essential part of our Special Events team, supporting event-based campaigns and offering a path toward campaign management. You will report directly to the Promotions Coordinator and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement event strategies.

As a Marketing Events Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting marketing strategy execution by assisting the Promotions Coordinator in developing and implementing event strategies.
  • Coordinating event activities, including setup, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Tracking event sales to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Managing event logistics, including schedules, timelines, and event flow.
  • Event management, taking on the role of Event Manager when needed, leading all event operations.
