Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Foster Family Recruitment Coordinator. This role plays a critical part in the success of our Treatment Foster Care program by recruiting, screening, and training foster families.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, screen, and train foster families through building relationships with local communities and networking opportunities.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to reach prospective foster families.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and in-home assessments, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for all foster family records and program activities.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to foster families, helping them meet development goals.
  • Maintain detailed case information, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field.
  • Two years' experience in casework services to children and families.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to complete required background checks and drug tests.
