Digital Marketing Manager or Director at Spartan Armor Systems

Company Overview:

Spartan Armor Systems stands as a leader in the production and distribution of personal protective solutions tailored for individuals, families, law enforcement, and government entities. We are in search of a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to enhance our marketing efforts.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will possess a robust background in eCommerce, including expertise in platforms such as Google, Facebook/Meta, email marketing, and SMS messaging. This role will involve overseeing marketing partnerships and team members, as well as crafting and implementing customer-focused strategies aimed at optimizing eCommerce revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage marketing initiatives that align with strategic goals and target audiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance Spartan Armor Systems' online brand visibility across various digital platforms.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be a creative and strategic thinker, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This individual will be responsible for generating online content that drives revenue growth and will support the optimization of our digital marketing channels. The role includes overseeing email marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and the integration of our digital assets.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead the development of digital marketing efforts, including website management and social media presence.
  • Create the annual marketing strategy, including market research and planning.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and promote new product opportunities.
  • Establish communication protocols for marketing team updates and insights.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows as needed.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication to prioritize projects effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations with a proven track record.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with both traditional and digital media purchasing, as well as website management.
  • Experience in outdoor sports, law enforcement, or military sectors is advantageous.

This position is office-based, with remote work options available.
