This role will involve managing marketing partnerships and teams, as well as crafting and implementing tailored strategies to boost eCommerce revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee marketing campaigns that align with strategic business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance Spartan Armor Systems' online brand presence across all digital platforms.
  • Lead the creation of engaging online content aimed at driving revenue growth.
  • Support and optimize our digital marketing channels, ensuring effective integration of all marketing assets.
  • Supervise and guide team members responsible for email marketing, social media, and other digital initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with digital agency partners, focusing on platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok, and SEO.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of channel partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Capability to monitor and assess online campaigns for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to discuss marketing strategies.
  • Work alongside finance teams to establish and adhere to budgetary constraints.

Education and Experience:

A minimum of three years in marketing, communications, or public relations is required, with a Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred. Familiarity with traditional and digital media purchasing, as well as website management, is essential. Experience in the outdoor sports sector, law enforcement, or military is advantageous.

This position is office-based with no remote work options.
