This role will involve collaborating with marketing partners and overseeing a team to implement tailored strategies aimed at maximizing eCommerce performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with our strategic goals and resonate with our target audience.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance Spartan Armor Systems' brand visibility across various digital platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging online content that drives customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Manage relationships with digital agency partners and contractors, ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives across platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok, and social media.
  • Coordinate marketing activities and provide insights to the Executive Leadership Team on market trends and opportunities.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on eCommerce.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Education and Experience:

A minimum of three years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations is required. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with the outdoor sports industry, law enforcement, or military sectors is advantageous.

This position is office-based, with no remote work options available.
