Territory Sales Manager
Sales professionals with a strong track record of success in managing and growing sales territories are invited to apply for this role at HD Supply. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability within a defined geographic territory. This will involve developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key customers, and leveraging industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales within a defined territory, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage industry knowledge and best practices
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing sales territories
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, including customer relationship management and territory planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
