Job Summary:

The Lead Medical Assistant is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for coordinating patient care and clinic operations. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate patient care and clinic operations, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
* Assist department management with coordination of patient care and clinic operations
* Provide patient education and information as instructed by clinic practitioners and protocols
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting

Requirements:

* Successful completion of a Medical Assistant program and certification (RMA or CMA)
* Equivalent military training will be accepted
* Completion of BLS class and re-certify every 2 years
* Experience in a high-volume clinical practice
* Familiarity with desktop computing tools and multi-line phone systems
* Ability to efficiently manage time, prioritize multiple tasks, and delegate responsibilities

Work Environment:

The Lead Medical Assistant will work in a fast-paced clinical environment, interacting with patients, providers, and other healthcare staff. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications:
