We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our inclusive team as a Customer Service Specialist.

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Compensation: $16 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls to provide information related to legal settlements.
  • Respond to caller inquiries by adhering to a provided script.
  • Document call details accurately in a tracking database.
  • Conduct outbound calls as necessary to follow up on messages.
  • Manage confidential information with utmost care and professionalism.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of customer service experience along with at least one year in a call center setting.
