Job Summary

As a Patient Services Representative at Sentara Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to patients and visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to inquiries about services, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients and visitors with information and directions
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• One year of experience in administrative, clerical, customer service, and medical terminology
