We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Executive Team. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and impactful organization that is dedicated to empowering transition age foster youth to achieve their dreams and build a brighter future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Provide high-level information management support to the CEO, including handling information requests, drafting correspondences and presentations, researching, and coordinating calls and meetings.
  • Calendar Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and expense reports.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team, including assisting with scheduling, expense reports, and travel.
  • Event Planning: Prepare for site visits, meetings, and events with internal and external stakeholders, including funders, other provider agencies, and community partners.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate planning and manage day-of logistics for virtual and in-person staff meetings.
  • Communication: Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the CEO, and attend and take minutes at weekly Executive Team meetings and monthly Leadership Team meetings.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, and minimum 3+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives required.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with nonprofit or youth-serving organizations preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to display initiative and personal accountability for the quality and impact of work, ability to coordinate multiple meetings, tasks, and priorities concurrently, strong time management and ability to multi-task, and strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Professional demeanor, ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality, proactive, friendly, cooperative, and flexible demeanor, and willingness to work collaboratively and independently.
