Job Summary

The Private Client Specialist I is a key role within TD Bank Group's Wealth Management division, responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to high net worth individuals. This role requires a strong understanding of financial planning and wealth management principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized client service and support to high net worth individuals, including onboarding, account management, and financial planning.
  • Work closely with Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing tailored advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Trust and Estate, to provide interdisciplinary expertise and support to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in wealth management, and apply this knowledge to enhance client service and support.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business, or economics.
  • Series 7, 63/65 or 66 registrations required. Candidates may be considered should they have at least one of the required registrations.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in wealth management or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide tailored advice and guidance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
