Senior Private Client Advisor

About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced insurance professional to join our Private Client Services team. As a Senior Private Client Advisor, you'll be responsible for supporting a high-volume book of business for our Private Client clientele. Your primary focus will be on reviewing client exposures, loss experience, and current coverages, and recommending appropriate products and services. You'll also present clients with accurate market data from appropriate resources to advise and counsel on complex risks.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Private Client Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing client exposures, loss experience, and current coverages to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Presenting clients with accurate market data from appropriate resources to advise and counsel on complex risks.
- Providing proactive day-to-day client service by anticipating and evaluating client needs and responding to client questions and issues in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Gathering information from clients related to risk management needs, financial loss tolerance, and evaluating and proposing a variety of solutions to manage client risk.
- Creating and presenting renewal proposals to existing clients and conducting annual interactive Client Advisory reviews.
- Accountable for client retention through delivery of exceptional client service and new business development through referrals and expanded client programs.
- Negotiating with multiple insurance carriers to provide comprehensive coverage options for clients and prospects, while conforming to all laws, regulations, and requirements governing the insurance industry.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- 3+ years' personal lines insurance experience with High-Net-Worth clientele.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
- Client service orientation with a balance on managing expectations.
- Ability to travel for client and company meetings as needed.
