Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist I to provide vital administrative support to our leading legal team specializing in the digital asset and blockchain industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, tracking accounts receivable, and facilitating internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist attorneys and administrative professionals with daily tasks, including time entry, expense reimbursements, presentation preparation, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Calendar and Billing Management: Oversee complex calendars, manage billing processes, and track accounts receivable.
  • Communication Handling: Manage incoming communications through various channels and facilitate internal and external communications.
  • Document Management: Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports; maintain electronic and hard copy files, arrange document reproduction, and perform data entry.
  • Research and Coordination: Conduct research, compile information, and support team events. Liaise with internal resources to complete projects.
  • Operational Flexibility: Adapt to changing priorities and work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's Degree considered.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years supporting attorneys or C-level executives.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $61,600 to $77,100 annually, based on experience.
