Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Leader to join our team at Office Furniture Center, the largest showroom of premium preowned, refurbished and new office furniture in the Midwest. As a Business Development Leader, you will play a crucial role in achieving revenue growth and acquiring new customers through identifying and qualifying business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Research target demographics, economic trends, customer needs and interests to create strategies for business development.
  • Oversee efforts to expand lead generation through cold calling, business-to-business selling and other methods to identify potential business prospects.
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers and industry partners through consistent follow-up, reliable communication and frequent updates on product developments.
  • Present sales pitches and relevant data to potential prospects to promote the company's brands and value offerings.
  • Diligently update the NetSuite CRM system to capture all business opportunity data.
