Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail CSR II-CT to join our team at CenterState Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting our banking products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver World Class customer service to new and existing customers, ensuring timely and positive interactions.
- Establish and maintain cordial relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving their problems in a professional and courteous manner.
- Open checking, savings, money market, and NOW accounts, as well as provide information on account status and balances.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell banking products and services in a polite and friendly tone.
- Refer prospects to Bank subsidiaries and provide assistance with safety deposit boxes, stop payments, wire transfers, and other services.
- Actively participate in HPC sales cycles and contribute to passing scores on internal and external audits.
- Maintain individual and team compliance with all internal operations policies and procedures, including proper usage of forms and documentation.
- Ensure that customer confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of in-house training program.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and respond to customer and coworker concerns regularly.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to follow instructions to the letter.
Work Environment:
Must be able to function in a professional, business office environment and act and dress appropriately for same, consistent with the Bank's grooming and dress codes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of in-house training program.
- Computer literacy.
- Sales experience desired.
- Banking experience.
- Attentiveness to others, extensive listening and communication skills.
- Works at a faster than average pace.
- Sense of urgency in meeting deadlines.
