Dental Hygienist Role

Key Responsibilities:- Partner with our doctors to develop comprehensive patient care plans using the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines
- Manage your schedule to ensure comprehensive patient care and education
- Expand your knowledge and skills through our structured continuing professional development program
- Work collaboratively with our dental team to provide exceptional patient care

- Gross profit incentive opportunity: in 2022, 4 out of 5 hygienists earned an incentive payout (averaged monthly earnings of over $1,800), with the top 10% of hygienists earning an averaged compensation of $121,000
