Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming patients and guests, and ensuring a positive first impression
  • Performing service-driven check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Scheduling appointments, managing cancellations and changes, and verifying insurance coverage
  • Collecting payments, making financial arrangements, and tracking case acceptance
  • Maintaining a clean and organized waiting area and work environment
  • Providing excellent customer service, resolving patient issues, and promoting a positive patient experience
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Exceptional customer service skills, phone etiquette, and ability to use independent thinking and sound judgment
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Highly organized, with excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or higher
  • Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
