Job Summary:

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering-focused Project Manager to lead and manage software projects in a highly specialized and regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software/data engineering and project management expertise, with knowledge of cloud technologies and services, data platforms (C5ISR specific is ideal), and understanding of data mesh principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Support development, integration, test, and demonstration of multi-INT sensor framework (JICD Common Services)

Receive vendor-delivered source code and containerized components

Maintain code libraries, inspect/compile code in lab

Build and maintain demonstration systems, integration with external systems (sensors, other software)

Development/modification of new capabilities

Requirements:

15+ years of experience preferred, ability to lead junior developers

Software Development – (Python, Java, C++)

Lab/Field Demo/experimentation support

SECRET Clearance minimum. TS Strongly desired to support lab work in 6003 and at offsite locations occasionally.

Desired Skills:

SIGINT or Multi-INT sensor experience desired

ISA experience is a plus

JICD experience is a big plus
