Role Description

As a key member of the team, the Customer Support Professional will contribute to an initiative aimed at modernizing IT systems and networks, ensuring enhanced security and usability. This role involves delivering integrated support services, including business analysis, operations, and software/hardware maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 Level Field Support to personnel, managing requests through an enterprise ticketing system.
  • Resolve IT incidents efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with hardware and software upgrades, as well as routine maintenance tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networks, and systems.
  • Support remote user assistance and maintain internet connectivity for standalone workstations.
  • Facilitate technical assistance during relocations and moves.
  • Respond promptly to IT-related incidents and service requests, utilizing best practices for troubleshooting.
  • Install and configure servers, routers, switches, and other IT equipment.
  • Assist with software installations and troubleshooting of various applications.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both in writing and verbally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in supporting enterprise IT environments.
  • Active Secret Clearance is required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
