Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management:
    • Oversee a team of production staff, providing clear guidance, mentorship, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.
    • Evaluate production workflows to identify and resolve potential challenges or delays, maintaining a proactive approach to minimize interruptions.
    • Track key performance indicators, manage efficiency metrics, and address production downtime.
    • Analyze operational data to determine necessary corrective actions.
    • Optimize the utilization of equipment and workforce to achieve production goals and timelines.
    • Ensure packaging and product quality meet established standards and specifications.
    • Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics teams to resolve equipment issues and uphold preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Team Development:
    • Promote a collaborative and positive work atmosphere that emphasizes safety and continuous improvement.
    • Guide, mentor, and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Provide constructive feedback and conduct performance reviews to facilitate individual and team advancement.
    • Encourage team members to identify and implement process enhancements, fostering a sense of ownership.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures, leading by example and conducting audits related to safety, quality, and training.
    • Maintain accurate production documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, food science, chemistry, microbiology, or a related discipline is preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in beverage production.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and quality assurance principles in the beverage sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding setting.
  • Strong sense of urgency and dedication to meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation: At Health-Ade, we recognize that our employees are our greatest asset, and we understand that our total compensation package is a significant factor in how you are acknowledged for your contributions to the company’s success. The estimated base salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $80,000, with actual salary varying based on factors such as market location, experience level, and job-related knowledge and skills.
