Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:
Assist all Red Cross / Biomedical clients through various channels, including but not limited to:
- Database management
- Direct mail communications
- Email correspondence
- Health History assistance
- Modifications/Data Entry
- Mobile Application support
- Phone inquiries
- Appointment scheduling
- Tele-recruitment
- Text messaging
- Web assistance

Operational and Administrative Duties:
Provide operational support and administrative tasks utilizing one or multiple systems with minimal supervision
Maintain confidentiality, independent discretion, and sound judgment
Prepare reports as required
Participate in training as necessary
Additional tasks may include list generation, appointment scheduling, and any other activities needed to support our clients
Coordinate efforts with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, and identify appropriate escalation paths for work activities as necessary
Receive customer communications nationwide.

Address customer issues directly and/or collaborate with internal team members to escalate and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Develop, coordinate, and execute responses to customer requests, including direct contact with donors or sponsors. Deliver exceptional customer service during all interactions with donors, sponsors, or internal team members.

Personal Accountability:

- Quality Assurance
- Monthly performance reviews
- Upholding a professional work environment
- Standard working hours for this position are 11:45 am - 8:15 pm Central Standard Time, Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
- Training hours will be 10:00 am to 6:30 pm Central Standard Time, M-F for approximately 3 months.

Qualifications:
High school diploma, specialized business, or secretarial/administrative training required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum one year of relevant customer service experience

Advanced proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of word processing, Excel spreadsheets, database applications, website/internet tools, and Microsoft Office applications is essential.

The salary range for this position is $19.62/hr.

This position will be posted for a minimum of five business days and may be extended if the applicant pool needs to be broadened.

Note that American National Red Cross salaries are aligned with the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed.

Other factors that may influence your actual salary include your specific skills, years of experience, and comparisons to other employees already in this role.
