We are seeking a professional and friendly Concierge to join our team at Carriage Inn Lake Jackson. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish first impressions by being a welcoming face and source of information for residents, families, prospective residents, guests, and employees.
  • Maintain a secure environment for all residents and staff within the building and community grounds.
  • Respond promptly to requests and emergencies, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Monitor emergency calls, doors, and fire alarms, and respond in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Set-up or take-down for activities as requested.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Prior customer service experience, front desk and telephone experience preferred.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License is required along with a good driving record.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of HIPAA requirements.
  • Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Office, Word, and some Excel.
