24 Seven Talent is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to assist with a short-term project involving the update of Point of Sale (POS) Systems for a major U.S-based luxury retailer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uninstall and remove POS systems, security cages, and peripherals from cash wraps
- Relocate POS hardware and equipment to a new temporary or permanent location
- Relocate network and voice cross-connect patch cables in the main network distribution room
- Validate functionality of POS and telephone systems
Requirements:
- Technical expertise in POS system updates and maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
