Job Summary:
The Center Manager will support a small 20-participant site in a healthcare setting. This role will manage all day-to-day operations for the site. Responsibilities include participating in and running daily interdisciplinary team meetings, receiving participants at the center, checking in participants into the electronic health record system, coordinating services for patients, assisting with lunch arrival and setup, supporting the activities therapy team with their programs, and overseeing patient transportation. The Center Manager will also coordinate with the nursing team for any direct care issues with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations for a small 20-participant site
- Participate in and run daily interdisciplinary team meetings

- Coordinate services for patients, including assisting with lunch arrival and setup
- Support the activities therapy team with their programs
- Oversee patient transportation

Requirements:
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
Work Environment:
This is a fully on-site position in a healthcare setting. Patients do not stay overnight but will arrive in the morning and leave at 3 PM.
