Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with key business leaders and technical teams to define and develop company reporting needs and strategies.
  • Develop and manage financial reporting systems and processes using ERP and EPM.
  • Design and implement reporting solutions to meet business requirements, including ad-hoc, periodic, compliance reports, and dashboards.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial reports.
  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of ERP reporting tools, including EPM Planning and Narrative Reporting.
  • Collaborate with business users, IT, management, and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Implement updates and enhancements to reporting systems as needed.
  • Ensure financial reporting complies with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards.
  • Maintain documentation and audit trails for financial reporting processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with ERP and EPM tools, including OTBI, Oracle BIP, Oracle Analytics, Narrative Reporting, and Reporting Studio.
  • Proven track record in financial reporting and data analysis.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position with standard office hours.
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings or project support.
