Program Manager - Health Savings Accounts

Position Summary

The Health and Benefits Accounts Division within Fidelity Investments is seeking a seasoned program manager with a client-focused approach to spearhead initiatives with Workplace Clients (Employers) concerning their interactions with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). This role will involve a comprehensive analysis and documentation of the complete experience for both employers and employees, aimed at pinpointing challenges and opportunities that will shape the HSA product development strategy. Furthermore, the Program Manager will conduct market research to grasp industry trends and competitor services, contributing to the HSA product vision. You will collaborate closely with the HSA Product Area while also leading specific projects related to client interactions, such as onboarding new clients and managing integrations.

Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; MBA is preferred.
  • Over 8 years of experience in program management.
  • Possession of Series 7 and 63 licenses is acceptable for this position.
  • Proven experience in engaging with senior-level internal and external stakeholders.
  • Background in brokerage and financial services is essential.
  • Experience in client service and/or vendor relationship management is advantageous.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large employer client relationships, facilitating discussions, addressing inquiries, and resolving objections.
  • Strong advocacy skills for client needs.
  • Exceptional project/program management capabilities to coordinate and execute multiple tasks within business timelines.
  • Analytical mindset with a customer-centric approach to effectively address client concerns and propose alternatives for better alignment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to maintain collaboration with team members across Fidelity.
  • Experience in leading and motivating colleagues without formal authority, with a track record of achieving outstanding results for clients and the organization.
  • Familiarity with Health Savings Account (HSA) products and customer requirements.
  • Knowledge of FPRS recordkeeping, FBSI, and FDOT platforms is a bonus.
  • Commitment to developing a balance of technological and non-technological skills to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Team Dynamics

The HSA Product Area comprises Squad Leaders, Product Owners, and Program Managers who collaborate with various Product Areas, Chapter Areas, and other departments to enhance the capabilities and experiences associated with HSAs. The current focus of the Product Area includes customer onboarding, contributions management (such as Holding Account, Contribution Advance, and Deposit Error Corrections), investment options, advisory services, contribution tools, balance sharing, and the digital experiences utilized by employers and employees.
