Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Digicomm International. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the AR team, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the AR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve AR efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to create clear KPIs and ensure the AR team is meeting its goals
  • Monitor and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and post customer payments and transactions, maintaining accurate records and files
  • Analyze and reconcile customer payment data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Issue monthly statements to customers and assist in generating billing statements
  • Work with customers to resolve open balances and provide account reconciliations
  • Draft correspondence for past-due accounts and collections, and contact delinquent accountholders to request payment
  • Review customer credit limits and payment terms, and research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts
  • Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to reconcile accounts receivable and revenue accounts
  • Provide accurate reports and analysis on financial data, including cash forecasting
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of AR policies and procedures
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Experience utilizing ERP systems (Sage 100 preferred)
  • Experience with EDI customers
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 and the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus based on personal and company performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, PTO, and more.
