**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Auditor to join our team of Guest Service professionals. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for the needs and safety of all guests, during the check-in and check-out process as well as in-house. You will also be responsible for end of day balancing and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Interface with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities.
  • Provide expedient check-in/check-out service to guests.
  • Provide superior guest service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Enter and change reservation information on the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Process payments from guests and ensure accurate financial transactions.
  • Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services.
  • Review and reconcile daily accounting and enter into the Inn-Flow database.

**Requirements**

  • Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Fosse operating system is a plus.
  • Clean background check and reliable transportation are required.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Ability to handle comments and suggestions.
