Front Desk Agent Role
Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service and support to our hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk
- Maintain proper operation of the telephone switchboard
- Handle requests for information, mail, and messages
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel service facilities and hours of operation
- Handle check-ins and check-outs
- Deliver guest items and amenities
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
