Aquaman North is seeking a Customer Success Advocate to join its dynamic team. We pride ourselves on our strong organizational culture, where we appreciate each other and the contributions we make.

Experience in the pool industry is advantageous, though not mandatory. Familiarity with billing processes is also a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $20 to $22 per hour

Schedule: Work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Saturday.

Work Location: On-site

Required Skills/Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years in Office Administration within a comparable field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Windows 10
  • Prior experience in an office setting
  • Experience in customer service via phone
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize answering and directing customer inquiries
  • Follow up on projects to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Document any customer concerns or issues
  • Perform other general administrative tasks as required
  • Engage and coordinate with suppliers/vendors, clients, and team members
This role is fast-paced. We seek a team player who can manage multiple tasks, is adept at problem-solving, and is comfortable with conflict resolution. Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
