Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $20 to $22 per hour
Schedule: Work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Saturday.
Work Location: On-site
Required Skills/Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in Office Administration within a comparable field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Windows 10
- Prior experience in an office setting
- Experience in customer service via phone
- Prioritize answering and directing customer inquiries
- Follow up on projects to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Document any customer concerns or issues
- Perform other general administrative tasks as required
- Engage and coordinate with suppliers/vendors, clients, and team members
