Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team at Ascension Seton. As a critical care nurse, you will provide direct patient care, implement and monitor patient care plans, and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Coordinate patient care, including assessing and coordinating discharge planning needs.
- Monitor and record patient condition, communicating with the healthcare team as necessary.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
- 1 year of critical care experience.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
