Intensive Care Unit ICU Registered Nurse RN

Seton Medical Center Hays is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification preferred.
- 1 year of critical care experience.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas.
